Heart failure management programmes: Delivering the message

Treatment in symptomatic patients targets functional status, morbidity and survival. Adequate intervention requires a multidisciplinary approach. This special issue of the European Journal of Heart Failure focuses on diverse aspects of specialised heart failure management programmes.
